WITec GmbH in Ulm ist ein international tätiges Nanotechnologieunternehmen. Als Junior HR-Generalist unterstützen Sie den gesamten Employee Lifecycle, erstellen Verträge und Zertifikate und pflegen Personalakten.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Payroll, Sozialversicherungsträgern und Behörden zusammen, koordinieren Abwesenheiten und unterstützen Recruiting. Vorteilhafte Kenntnisse in DATEV LODAS und HR-Systemen runden Ihr Profil ab.

Formación

• Ausbildung im HR oder Hochschulabschluss im Personalwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder ähnlich.
• Erste Berufserfahrung im HR bzw. HR-Administration.
• Kenntnisse in administrativen HR-Prozessen und im Employee Lifecycle.
• Grundkenntnisse Arbeitsrecht und gute Kenntnisse der Sozialversicherungsbestimmungen.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office; Erfahrung mit HR-Systemen und DATEV LODAS von Vorteil.

Responsabilidades

• Unterstützung der administrativen HR-Prozesse im gesamten Employee Lifecycle.
• Arbeitsverträge, Zertifikate, Referenzen und andere HR-Dokumente erstellen.
• Personalakten, Stammdaten und HR/Zeiterfassungssysteme pflegen.
• Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung unterstützen und mit Krankenkassen, Behörden und Sozialversicherung kommunizieren.
• Urlaubs- und Abwesenheitsmanagement koordinieren und Recruiting unterstützen.
• HR-Berichte, Kennzahlen und Analysen erstellen.
• Zu HR-Projekten beitragen und gesetzliche Vorgaben beachten.

J unior HR-Generalist (f/m/d)

Your Tasks:

• Support administrative HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle
• Prepare employment contracts, certificates, references, and other HR-related documents
• Maintain personnel files, employee master data, and HR/time management systems
• Support payroll administration and communicate with health insurance providers, authorities, and social security institutions
• Coordinate absence management processes and support recruiting activities
• Prepare HR reports, statistics, and analyses
• Contribute to HR projects and ensure compliance with labor law and social security requirements

Your Qualifications:

• Commercial apprenticeship with HR qualification or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Initial professional experience in Human Resources or HR Administration
• Knowledge of administrative HR processes and the employee lifecycle
• Basic knowledge of labor law and good knowledge of social security regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems and DATEV LODAS is an advantage
• Structured, detail-oriented, and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills, customer focus, and discretion
• Fluent German and very good English language skills
