Zusammenfassung

VistaJet GmbH is looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to support the Head of HR with day-to-day personnel matters and to help implement HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle.

You will advise managers and staff on HR policies, assist with recruitment and onboarding, handle HR administration, and collaborate on international projects to foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years HR experience, ideally as an HR generalist.
• Education in HR, business administration, psychology or a comparable subject.
• Experience in an international or dynamic environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of employment law.
• Experience with HR software, especially SuccessFactors.
• Understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• German native speaker with strong English skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to learn.
• Organizational skills.

The Junior HR Business Partner supports the Head of HR and in all operational and administrative HR issues. In close cooperation with the Head of HR, the position is involved in the implementation of the HR strategy and accompanies employees along the employee life cycle. The aim is to design HR-related processes efficiently, promote employee satisfaction and support the company's goals through professional HR support.

Your Responsibilities

HR Business Partnering

• Support of managers and Head of HR in operational personnel issues.
• Advising employees on HR policies, processes and employment law issues.
• Participation in the implementation of HR initiatives and organizational development measures.
• Support for organizational changes.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Accompaniment of the recruiting process.
• Communication with recruiters and conducting interviews.
• Support with onboarding processes for new employees.
• Cooperation with Head of HR and with specialist departments to identify personnel requirements.

Employee Relations

• Support in performance, development and feedback processes.
• Participation in employee appraisals and personnel-related measures.
• Promoting a positive corporate culture and an appreciative work environment.

HR Administration & Compliance

• Ensuring correct and complete personnel administration.
• Maintenance of personnel data and HR systems.
• Support in compliance with labour law and internal company requirements.
• Creation of HR reports, key figures and evaluations.

HR Projects

• Collaboration on local HR projects.
• Support in the optimization of HR processes.
• Analysis of HR data and derivation of recommendations for action.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

• Education background in the field of human resources, business administration, psychology or comparable subject.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in HR, ideally as an HR generalist.
• Experience in an international or dynamic business environment is an advantage.
• Expertise in employment law.
• Experience with HR systems, SuccessFactors experience is an advantage.
• Understanding of HR processes along the employee lifecycle.
• German as a native speaker & excellent English skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented way of working.
• Organizational skills and a high level of detail.
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn.
