Airbus Defence and Space is seeking a HR Project & Support Specialist (m/f/d) for our client in Immenstaad am Bodensee. You will drive transformation initiatives, create guidelines, and prepare internal communications to facilitate change across the HR function.

In this role, you will generate HR reports, support recruitment activities, and help shape AI-driven HR processes. Collaboration with local teams and stakeholders is essential to succeed.

Qualifikationen

Your Responsibilities:

• Supporting the planning and implementation of transformation and change projects

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Psychology or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in HR and HR Administration (e.g. as an HR Generalist or Junior HR Business Partner)
• Experience in supporting change processes, in marketing activities and reporting
• Good knowledge in Change Management
• Basic knowledge of operational recruiting
• User skills in Google Workspace, HR Systems (Workday, SAP) and application of AI
• Fluent German and English skills spoken and written
