Montblanc in Hamburg seeks a Senior FP&A Controller – Finance Digitalization to join the finance team at the headquarters starting 1 December 2026. This role blends financial planning, reporting, and data-driven decision support in a fast-paced luxury environment.

You will lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and strategic planning, drive automation of finance reporting, and translate requirements into Looker/Power BI specifications while partnering with data teams to modernize dashboards.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years in FP&A, Controlling, BI, or Finance Transformation.
• Led finance reporting automation projects.
• Advanced Excel; strong data modelling knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate annual budget, rolling forecasts, and strategic planning.
• Analyze financial performance across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Monitor working capital, inventory, receivables, payables, provisions, and capex.
• Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Prepare monthly management reporting and executive reviews.
• Provide insights via variance analysis and financial modelling.
• Act as deputy to Head of FP&A when required.
• Drive Finance Digitalization and data analytics initiatives.
• Translate finance requirements into Looker/Power BI specs.
• Lead enhancement of financial dashboards.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Controller to join our finance team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring finance professional to grow with hands‑on experience in financial reporting, analysis, and internal controls. The Controller will work closely with the Stakeholders and other finance team members, supporting the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, assisting with budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This position is key to maintaining the integrity of our financial data and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

You’ll have…

• demonstrated experience leading finance reporting automation projects
• a strong understanding of financial planning and management reporting
• advanced Excel skills
• hands‑on proficiency with Looker, Power BI, SAP, or similar BI Tools
• deep expertise in data models, KPIs, and reporting architecture
