Zusammenfassung

Olympus is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Controller for the Central Region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Poland) to lead regional controlling and reporting and to partner with Business Function Heads on controlling matters.

You will support monthly, quarterly and annual closes, coordinate planning and forecasting, manage SAP FI/CO allocations, and drive continuous improvement of controlling processes while delivering ad hoc analyses for strategic decisions.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Accounting, Finance or Controlling.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in Controlling or FP&A.
• Structured, proactive and service-oriented approach to work.
• Strong analytical skills and a high level of numerical aptitude.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative team player with a hands-on mindset.
• Good working knowledge of SAP, particularly FI/CO.
• Experience with HFM/Hyperion is preferred.
• Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Power BI.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
