Jobtailor in Germany helps automotive retailers implement our software from kickoff to go-live, coordinating across teams and keeping timelines in view.

You will lead agile initiatives, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and act as the customer's voice during development, while continuously identifying improvements and driving successful adoption after go-live. The role requires clear communication, ownership, and a proactive mindset to coach teams through change and maximize value.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, or similar) or vocational training with relevant professional experience.
• Initial experience in consulting, project management, customer success, or software rollouts is a plus.
• Clear and empathetic communication — comfortable interacting at management level.
• Structured work approach, enthusiastic about agile software development, and able to drive tasks to completion.
• Take responsibility and ownership without prompting.
• Advantageous: familiarity with aftersales or service processes in automotive retail (not required; we will teach you the rest).
