Jobtailor in Hamburg is seeking a Presales Consultant for CarLiner deployments. You will install and configure deployments, run customer workshops, and present the solution to customers and prospects. You will onboard new CarLiner modules, upsell, gather requirements, and coordinate with the product management team.

Fluency in German is required; English is an asset. Strong organization and customer-facing skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in car dealerships is advantageous.

• Installation and configuration of new CarLiner deployments
• Conducting customer workshops and webinars
• Responsibility for planning and organizing projects
• Support for new and existing users

Requirements

• Commercial vocational training, a degree, or equivalent qualification through professional experience (career changers welcome)
• Experience in car dealerships is advantageous
• Initial work experience as a project manager in the automotive industry is desirable
• Motivated, team-oriented and committed
• Organized, structured and reliable
• Good understanding of technical systems and software development processes
• Friendly, confident manner with customers
• Fluent German, both written and spoken
• English skills are an advantage
• Proficient with standard Office applications (Microsoft Office)
