About the Role

As a Junior Business Manager (m/w/d) at Prime Group Germany, you will start your commercial career by supporting the development of client relationships and learning the ropes of business management in IT and Engineering. You will assist our senior team members in identifying new business opportunities, coordinating consultants, and contributing to exciting projects across Europe.

Your Main Tasks
  • Assist in researching and identifying potential clients in IT & Engineering.
  • Support sales outreach via calls, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
  • Help prepare proposals, presentations, and client meeting materials.
  • Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to match consultants to projects.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and assist in tracking the sales cycle from first contact to project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Learn to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Support project monitoring and client satisfaction activities.
  • Contribute to contract discussions under guidance from senior management.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Participate in business reporting, KPI tracking, and team meetings.
What We’re Looking For
  • Up to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or account management, ideally in IT or Engineering services (fresh graduates are welcome!).
  • University degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Bachelor’s or equivalent).
  • Fluent German and good English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in a commercial career.
  • Analytical, structured, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
  • Team-oriented, communicative, and confident in interacting with clients.
  • Willingness to work from our Frankfurt office with a hybrid model (3–4 days in office).
