Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers
• Handle queries via phone, email, or chat
• Resolve issues related to products, orders, accounts, or technical concerns
• Adapt quickly to new tools and processes
• Work collaboratively with team leaders and quality teams to improve customer satisfaction
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (B2 level or higher)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer‑focused mindset with good problem‑solving abilities
• Willingness to relocate to Greece (relocation support provided)
• For some projects: Technical knowledge or B2B cloud experience
• For specific roles: Minimum age of 21
