The role requires strong Windows/Linux server administration, Cisco network experience, and automation skills with Ansible. Travel worldwide; attractive compensation and dedicated contact person offered.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical degree or vocational training (IT specialist in system integration, systems electronics technician, or comparable).
• Practical experience or very good knowledge in Windows and Linux servers and clients, and network administration (Cisco preferred).
• Experience creating automations with Ansible and working with VMWare vSphere/Horizon.

• Technical management in bid processing and system development.

Tasks:

• Support in the following areas:
• Technical management in the context of bid processing and system development
• Conducting requirements analysis and management
• Creating specifications
• Performing system tests
• Creation of quantity structures and schedules
• Technical bid presentation at customer sites
• Definition, planning, and control of work packages (actual/target)
• Coordination and creation of essential system documents
• Conducting technical reviews and audits
• Creation of technical decision templates (including make or buy)
• Creation of test concepts and documents
• Planning and implementation of internal and external approvals
• Reporting and presentation of development results in project status meetings
• Planning and coordination of system qualification with external bodies (including environment, EMC, functional safety)
• Management of suppliers and subcontractors
• Determination of progress and cash outflow
• Development and maintenance of scripts for automating recurring processes and supporting deployments and system configurations
• (Ansible/Python/Bash/Powershell)
• Installation and configuration of hardware and software and
• Design and setup of BSI-compliant network and server infrastructures in accordance with current security standards
  

Requirements:

• Completed technical degree or vocational training (IT specialist in system integration, systems electronics technician, or comparable)
• Practical experience or very good knowledge in the following areas:
• Administration of Windows and Linux servers and clients.
• Administration of networks (preferably Cisco)
• Creating automations with Ansible
• Working with VMWare vSphere and Horizon
  
  Additional knowledge of the following is desirable:
• Veeam
• check_mk
• Remote maintenance solutions
• Good technical English and German skills (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel worldwide
