NAXCON GmbH, headquartered in Weil am Rhein with offices in Stuttgart, seeks a Systems Engineer - Requirements (m/f/d) for Braunschweig. You will manage stakeholder needs, collect and specify technical requirements, and drive verification and design reviews within a V‑Model framework.

Required are a science/engineering degree, experience in requirements/verification, and fluency in English and German. Growth opportunities and an international, team‑oriented environment are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a science or technical field (EE/ME/Aerospace)
• Solid experience in requirements management, verification management, or systems engineering on complex development projects
• Preferably aviation or munitions development standards
• Knowledge of tool-supported analysis, e.g., Jama Connect
• Excellent written and spoken English and German
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of requirements management, verification management, or systems engineering, as well as practical experience in complex development projects
