Zusammenfassung

NAXCON GmbH in Freiburg sucht einen Integration/Service Manager Level 1 (m/f/d) für den uneingeschränkten Einsatz vor Ort. Sie unterstützen den ISS-Manager bei Vertragsentwürfen, überwachen Kosten, Qualität und Termine und koordinieren Schnittstellen mit nationalen und internationalen Partnern.

Sie planen und steuern Integrations- und Inbetriebnahmeprojekte, erstellen komplexe Datenbankanwendungen und arbeiten an Wartungs- sowie Betriebskonzepten.

Qualifikationen

• Staatlich geprüfter Techniker bzw. technische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation und mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
• Grundkenntnisse in Software- und Hardware‑Integration sowie Schulungs- und Betriebskonzepte
• Gute SAP-Anwendungskenntnisse
• Erfahrung in Planung und Durchführung von Projekten
• Erfahrung in Linux-/Windows-Systemverwaltung in virtuellen IT‑Umgebungen
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2) und interkulturelle Kompetenz
• Reisebereitschaft weltweit
• Eigenverantwortliche, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise und Durchsetzungsvermögen

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung des ISS-Managers bei Vertragsentwürfen in Abstimmung mit dem Projekt
• Verantwortung für Kosten, Qualität und Termine
• Planung und Steuerung von UAN
• Schnittstellenkoordination mit nationalen und internationalen Partnern
• Erstellung und Pflege komplexer Datenbankanwendungen
• Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung innovationsorientierter Wartungs- und Betriebskonzepte
• Unterstützung der Entwicklung in der Planungs- und Konstruktionsphase
• Mitwirkung an Systemabnahmetests
• Durchführung von Kundenschulungen
• Mitarbeit bei der Angebotserstellung im Bereich Integration, Wartung und Betrieb
• Unterstützung bei Kalkulationen und Konzepten in Integration, Installation und Inbetriebnahme
• Technische/logistische Unterstützung für neue und bestehende Projekte
• Planung von After-Sales-Serviceangeboten
• Selbstständige Planung/Leitung von Integrations-, Inbetriebnahme- oder Serviceprojekten

Tasks:

• Supporting the ISS manager in the creation of ISS contracts in coordination with the project
• Responsibility for compliance with costs, quality and deadlines
• Planning and control of UAN
• Interface coordination with the national and international companies involved in the project
• Creation and maintenance of complex database applications
  
• Support in the creation of innovative maintenance and operating concepts at home and abroadfor military and civilian customers
• Supporting development during the design phase
• Collaboration in system acceptance tests
• Carrying out customer training courses
• Collaboration in the preparation of offers in the area of integration maintenance and operation
• Support with calculations and concept development in the areas of integration, installation and commissioning
  commissioning as well as technical and logistical support for new and existing projects
• Support in the planning and preparation of service offers in the area of after sales
• Independent planning and management of integration, commissioning and/or service in national and international
  and international small to medium-sized projects assigned to us
  

Requirements:

• State-certified technician or technical training with additional qualifications in the relevant fieldspecialty and several years of professional experience
• Initial experience in the area of service/integration, in a comparable industry
• Good knowledge of software and hardware integration as well as training and operating concepts
• Good knowledge of SAP applications
• Experience in the planning and execution of projects
• Experience in Linux/Windows system administration in virtual IT environments
• Fluent written and spoken English (equivalent to B2) - Basic nautical / maritime knowledge desirable
• High intercultural competence and willingness to work in an international environment
• Goal-oriented and independent way of working as well as assertiveness
