Are you a true IT all-rounder with a passion for hands-on solutions and experience with MacOS? You will play a central role in directly managing our IT systems, maintaining the office IT infrastructure, and resolving all technical issues on-site.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact of all IT-related issues in the office environment
• Ensure employee satisfaction through professional and friendly service
• Be open to deepen knowledge in Linux production environments and grow in this area
• Participate in a shared, rotating on-call duty to support live production systems
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems
• Manage and maintain all macOS client systems, including centralized administration via SimpleMDM
• Oversee the entire office network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, wireless, cabling)
• Administer and maintain office IT infrastructure (printers, phones, conference rooms, displays)
• Manage user accounts and permissions across IT systems
• Efficiently manage office services such as Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace
• Monitor and handle tickets and IT requests
• Implement IT policies and procedures to ensure security and efficiency
• Plan and execute IT security projects, including security strategy development
• Create and maintain support documentation, knowledge bases, and training materials

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training or studies in an IT-related field
