Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5 years of relevant QA/testing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and STLC.
• Experience with mobile testing on iOS/Android.
• Proficiency in Playwright automation using JavaScript and Git workflows.
• Basic SQL for direct DB queries and strong cross-functional communication.
• Fluency in English is required.

Your tasks

• End-to-End Testing: Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web applications and native mobile apps (iOS & Android)
• Test Automation: Create and optimize test automation scripts using Playwright (JS), maintain existing scripts and utilize AI tools to accelerate automation workflows
• Full-Spectrum Validation: Perform functional, smoke, sanity, integration, localization, and regression testing across complex features like user registration, ad posting flows, search/filtering logic and premium subscription models
• Shift-Left approach: Work closely with developers, product managers, designers and DevOps teams to identify issues early in the development lifecycle and ensure high-quality product delivery
• Defect Lifecycle Management: Investigate, document, and track bugs in Jira and Confluence, providing clear feedback to developers, coordinating bug fixes
• Environment Verification: Ensure platform quality across different environments prior to production launch and assist with release coordination
• Cross-Department Syncing: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support teams during showcases and alignment meetings to safeguard release quality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Ideally 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in software quality assurance and testing
• Strong knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies and the STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle)
• Experience with mobile application testing on iOS and Android platforms
• Familiarity with creating and executing Playwright automation scripts using JavaScript (or similar)
• Experience with version control systems using Git and GitHub workflows
• Basic knowledge of SQL for performing direct database queries
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with API and performance testing
• Exposure to AI-driven QA tools, test generation, or intelligent automation platforms
