You will manage security, systems, and networks while continuously improving our hosting and cloud services to empower a global development team. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in technical support.
• Completed vocational training in IT, such as IT specialist for system integration.
• Experience with Microsoft and Apple operating systems.
• Knowledge of networking technologies including LAN, WLAN, VPN.
• Experience in compliance management and/or system and server administration.
• Understanding of hosting, CMS, and DNS.
• Knowledge of backup concepts and deployment processes (CI/CD).
• Knowledge of IT security and data protection requirements.

Your Responsibilities

• IT security and compliance: Implement and monitor IT security measures and ensure compliance with legal requirements such as the GDPR, ISO 27001, and internal policies.
• System and network administration: Manage, maintain, and continuously improve our server, network, and client infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and cloud services supporting our global development team.
• IT support and troubleshooting: Analyse, prioritise, and resolve hardware and software issues, deployment-related challenges, server migrations, and network installations.
• User and access management: Administer user accounts, group policies, and access rights across Microsoft and cloud environments.
• Documentation and process management: Create and maintain IT documentation, operating procedures, and contingency plans for internal and external use.
• Monitoring and reporting: Monitor the IT environment, analyse log data, prepare status reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Security awareness and training: Deliver internal training on IT security and raise employee awareness of data protection and compliance requirements.

Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience in technical support
• Completed vocational training in IT, such as training as an IT specialist for system integration, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience working with Microsoft and Apple operating systems.
• Knowledge of networking technologies, including LAN, WLAN, and VPN.
• Experience in compliance management and/or system and server administration.
• A good general understanding of web technologies, such as hosting, CMS, and DNS.
• Knowledge of backup concepts and strategies.
• Experience with common deployment processes, such as CI/CD.
• Knowledge of IT security and data protection requirements.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• A solution-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to turn ideas into action.
