Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor seeks an IT Infrastructure Specialist to plan, implement, and maintain the IT stack for aconnic and NewTal. You will ensure system availability, manage Windows/Linux servers, and supervise virtualization platforms including VMware, Hyper‑V, and Proxmox.

You will also administer network security with Fortinet and HPE equipment, manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and oversee Microsoft 365 services while coordinating with internal and external partners on projects.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science or IT qualification, or years of IT admin experience.
• Experience with modern IT infrastructures and system integration.
• Fluent German and good English skills.

• Plan, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure for critical environments.
• Manage Microsoft and Linux servers and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V, Proxmox).

• Plan updates and patches for stability and security.
• Develop and manage Microsoft 365 including Entra, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online.
• Manage Terminal Servers, Remote Desktop Services and backup via Veeam.
• Support users at 1st and 2nd level; coordinate server/network projects with partners.

Responsibilities

• You plan, implement, and maintain the IT infrastructure for aconnic and NewTal, ensuring system availability and performance
• You manage Microsoft and Linux servers as well as virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper‑V, and Proxmox, ensuring a stable and high‑performing IT environment
• You maintain our network infrastructure with Fortinet firewalls and HPE switches, configure routing and VLANs, and optimize security and performance
• You administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and other domain services, ensuring smooth integration
• You plan and perform updates and patches, ensuring stability, security, and currency of our IT systems
• You develop and manage our Microsoft 365 environment, including Entra, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange Online
• You manage Microsoft Terminal Servers, Remote Desktop Services and our backup infrastructure based on Veeam Backup & Replication
• You support users at 1st and 2nd level support, resolve complex IT issues, and coordinate server and network projects together with internal and external partners

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information or Communication Technology, a comparable IT qualification (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or several years of experience administering corporate IT environments
• Experience in system integration and operation of modern IT infrastructures
• Confident handling of Microsoft client and server operating systems, Linux and Apple macOS
• Experience with VMware (ESXi, vCenter), Veeam Backup & Replication, and Microsoft 365 environments
• Fluent German skills and good English skills
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a reliable working style
• Willingness to learn, desire for continuous development and a proactive hands‑on mentality
• Ability to work independently and maintain oversight in complex IT environments
