Jobtailor sucht eine IT-Support-Fachkraft mit Schwerpunkt Systemintegration in Frankfurt. Sie betreuen Kunden telefonisch, per E-Mail und via Fernzugriff, nehmen Anfragen entgegen, dokumentieren sie und leisten technischen Support für Windows- und Linux-Server.

Sie arbeiten proaktiv an Monitoring, Sicherheit und Optimierung, verwalten Serverhardware und Netzwerke und arbeiten eng mit Kunden sowie internen Teams zusammen, um stabile Services zu liefern.

Qualifikationen

• Abschluss einer IT-Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Bereitschaft zur Weiterentwicklung in modernem IT-Umfeld.

Aufgaben

• Kundenkontakt per Telefon, E-Mail und Fernzugriff betreuen.
• Eigenständige Annahme, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Serviceanfragen.
• Technischer Support und Systemmonitoring für Windows/Linux-Server.
• Verwaltung von Serverhardware, Speichersystemen, Betriebssystemen und Netzwerken.
• Proaktives Monitoring und regelmäßige Systemgesundheitschecks.
• Ursachenanalyse und Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.
• Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung von Managed Services gemäß SLAs.
• Mitwirkung am Change-Management und lückenlose Dokumentation.
• Erstellung von Serviceberichten und Unterstützung von CSI.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internen Teams für stabile Services.

Responsibilities

• Customer support: Primary point of contact for customers via phone, email and remote access.
• Independent acceptance, processing and documentation of service requests and incidents.
• Technical support and system monitoring: Analyze, prioritize and permanently resolve incidents in the areas of virtualization, Windows and Linux server services.
• Administration of server hardware, storage systems, operating systems and networks.
• Proactive monitoring of customer systems as well as regular health checks.
• Identification of root causes and derivation of improvement measures.
• Planning, execution and control of managed services within agreed SLAs.
• Participation in change management and consistent documentation of all processes.
• Preparation of service reports and support for Continual Service Improvement (CSI).
• Close collaboration with customers and internal teams to ensure stable, secure and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Professional background: Completed vocational training in IT (e.g. IT specialist for system integration) or comparable qualification.
