Jung von Matt HAVEL is looking for an IT Supporter (d/f/m) in full-time in Berlin. You will provide user support for common applications and systems, manage hardware/software inventory, assist with onboarding and offboarding, and help refine internal processes to keep IT running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has basic troubleshooting and IT infrastructure knowledge, Apple ecosystem experience (iOS/macOS), good English skills, and a strong service mindset with excellent communication and teamwork.

Jung von Matt HAVEL is looking for an IT Supporter (d/f/m) in full-time.

As an ideal JvM IT Supporter, you are enthusiastic about innovative technologies and work independently and in a structured manner. You concentrate on the essentials, quickly familiarize yourself with complex tasks and stand for solution- and customer-oriented implementation even in stressful situations. Committed and reliable, you enjoy working in a motivated team and creative environment. Good German language skills are a plus.

Your tasks:

• Provide user support for all common applications and systems used at JvM
• Manage the inventory of hardware and software
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of new colleagues
• Refine our internal processes
• Provide training courses for new and current colleagues
• Ensure the IT infrastructure and setup in the office is working smoothly

What you score with:

• You are familiar with basic troubleshooting and IT infrastructure
• You have knowledge about the Apple ecosystem, mostly iOS and macOS
• You have good English skills, both written and spoken
• You have a strong service mindset and customer-centered and solution-oriented work is important to you
