Jung von Matt in Munich is seeking a Project Manager Content (m/f/d) to oversee the end-to-end management of digital assets and related workflows across Editorial and User Administration.

You will coordinate across editorial, technical, and operational teams, maintain metadata and multilingual tags, ensure data quality, and support onboarding, system testing, and process improvements.

• Prevention of duplicates and ensuring correct asset usage and data quality.
• Administration of usage rights and support of editorial process documentation.
• Support in functional testing and system-related quality assurance processes.
• Processing user registrations and administration of roles, rights, and user groups.
• User support, handling user requests, and conducting onboarding/system trainings.
• Support in system development, documentation, and optimization of administrative processes.

• Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience in content management, asset administration, and metadata maintenance.
• Understanding of digital asset management systems and user administration processes.
• High level of precision and reliability in handling user roles, rights, and system data.
• Ability to coordinate across editorial, technical, and operational stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.

• Experience with quality assurance, documentation, and process optimization.

Your Tasks

This role is planned to support both Central Editorial and User Administration / Business Support functions.

• Management, maintenance, archiving, and quality control of digital assets such as images, texts, videos, documents, and 3D models.
