You are a strong visual thinker with a track record in advertising, who can lead concepts, collaborate with copywriters and strategists, and present ideas confidently in German and English. This role offers growth and creative freedom.

• Several years of experience as an Art Director in an advertising agency or comparable creative environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating distinctive visual work and creative excellence.
• Strong conceptual thinking and understanding of visual storytelling.
• Experience with different media, formats and their creative requirements.
• Experience balancing creative ambition with stakeholder needs.
• Experience with B2B or retail clients is a plus.
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.

You are a strong visual thinker who turns ideas into distinctive creative work? As a Senior Art Director (d/f/m), you bring together visual craft, conceptual strength and a confident understanding of how ideas work across different media and formats. You enjoy creating work that is both visually compelling and strategically relevant, from employer branding and classic campaigns to internal communications and attention-grabbing PR ideas.

You like working across disciplines, take ownership and bring the confidence to push creative work to a high standard - from the first idea to the final execution and both in German and English.
