ROSEN Group is seeking an IT Service Technician to provide on-site support at our Dresden/Radebeul location. You will install and maintain IT systems, perform server room tasks, and manage IT projects with a proactive, service-oriented approach.

The ideal candidate has an apprenticeship as an IT specialist in system integration, strong MS Windows knowledge, and fluent German and English. On-site work 4–5 days a week is expected.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems
• German and English fluency

• Provide on-site IT support for users at the Dresden location
• Install, configure, maintain, and update IT systems and infrastructure
• Perform server room tasks including network, hardware, cabling and basic checks
• Analyse and resolve issues (1st/2nd line)
• Proactively monitor systems to prevent outages
• Ensure compliance with IT and IT security policies
• Identify vulnerabilities and implement patches
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Document changes and processes comprehensively
• Plan, manage, and implement IT projects and rollouts
• Support ROSEN locations in Germany

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing on-site IT support for users at the Dresden location
• Installation, configuration, maintenance, and updates of IT systems, software, and IT infrastructure
• Server room tasks (e.g., network work, hardware work, cabling, basic checks)
• Analysis and resolution of issues (1st and 2nd level)
• Proactive monitoring of systems and services to prevent outages
• Compliance with and implementation of IT and IT security policies
• Identification of vulnerabilities and implementation of appropriate security patches
• Creation, maintenance, and provision of technical documentation
• Comprehensive documentation of systems, changes, and processes
• Planning, management, and implementation of IT projects and rollouts
• Support for existing ROSEN locations in Germany

• A completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience with a relevant focus is desirable

• A high degree of commitment, reliability, and interest in complex systems, as well as the ability to organize your work independently and assess the risks of your own actions

• Willingness to work on-site in the office 4-5 days a week
