ROSEN Group in Lingen (Ems) is hiring an IT Service Engineer (Cloud). You will design, set up and operate core cloud infrastructure, integrating Terraform, OpenTofu and Crossplane with Azure services.

You’ll implement FinOps tools, ensure security and networking, and support Exchange Online and Power Platform solutions. English and German communication is required, with potential partial home-office options.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in software engineering, computer science, or related technical field.
• 3+ years experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, especially Terraform.
• Proficiency in Azure Cloud services and FinOps concepts.
• Knowledge of security and networking best practices.
• AZ104 certification is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English and German.

For our location in Lingen (Ems) we are looking for a IT Service Engineer (Cloud) (all genders welcome).

As a IT Service Engineer (Cloud), you will be responsible for designing, setting up, and operating our Core Cloud Infrastructure. Additionally, you will integrate cloud services into our Developer Platform, incorporating FinOps practices to ensure cost-effective and efficient cloud operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, set up, document and operate the Core Cloud Infrastructure
• Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, OpenTofu and Crossplane
• Utilize Azure Cloud services effectively
• Implement FinOps tools
• Ensure the security and networking of the cloud infrastructure
• Manage and optimize Microsoft Teams including Teams Telephony
• Design, develop and govern business solutions using the Power Platform
• Administer and enhance Exchange Online services, ensuring secure and reliable email and messaging operations
• Implement and manage Microsoft Purview solutions for data governance, compliance and information protection
• Design, maintain and secure hybrid identity services using Microsoft Entra ID, including synchronization, authentication and access management

• Degree in software engineering, computer science, or related technical field
• Extensive experience 3 years plus with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, particularly Terraform
• Proficiency in Azure Cloud services
• Knowledge of FinOps tools
• Solid understanding of security best practices and networking
• Beneficial is a certification AZ104
• Motivation to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
• Good communication skills in English and German (written and spoken)
