Job summary

Leadec Holding in Germany seeks an IT Service Delivery Specialist to manage first/second level ITSM for cloud services. You ensure process quality, monitor SLAs, and document cloud topics while collaborating with global IT infrastructure partners.

You bring a degree in CS or IT with hands-on experience in IT governance, IT security, and working with service providers. Proficiency in English (C1–C2) and German (B1–B2) is required, with a team-oriented, analytical mindset.

• Proven experience in IT service delivery and IT governance/IT security management.
• Experience collaborating with service providers and managing SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for IT Service Management in 1st/2nd level for cloud service delivery.
• Ensure quality of ITSM processes and contribute to new topics and processes.
• Monitor contract-related and SLA responsibilities independently.
• Record and maintain documentation for cloud topics.
• Collaborate with global IT infrastructure teams and service providers to fulfill contracts and optimize service delivery.

Join our global IT Operations team, which manages and continently develops our state-of-the-art IT infrastructure from the network to cloud.

Your tasks

• Taking responsibility: Responsibility for IT Service Management in the first / second level area for cloud service delivery
• Driving progress: Ensure the quality of ITSM processes; contribute to the implementation of new topics and processes
• Managing tasks: Independent monitoring of contract related and SLA responsibilities
• Recording conscientiously: Completing and maintaining documentation for cloud topics
• Living collaboration: Proactively working together with members of the global IT infrastructure as well as our service providers to ensure contract fulfillment and optimal service delivery

Your profile

• Education: Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable training (e.g. IT specialist (m/f/d) with several years of practical experience)
• Experience: Professional experience in service delivery; experience with IT governance and IT security management; experience in working with service providers
• Know-How: Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL (ITIL certification is an advantage); knowledge of cloud environment (AWS and/or Azure); familiarity with business workflow processes
• Languages: Conversationally fluent English (C1-C2) as well as German (B1-B2) language skills required
• Personality: Goal- and solution-oriented way of working as part of a team, analytical approach to challenges, willingness to constantly deal with new technologies
