Job summary

Prime Group is expanding its IT team in Frankfurt and seeks an IT Recruiter to attract top technical talent. You’ll identify candidates, screen, and manage the full hiring cycle while aligning with client requirements and the business manager teams.

Based in Germany, you will build local recruitment operations, represent Prime IT Germany, and have a clear pathway to department leadership as the business grows.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Understanding IT roles and technical skills across software development, engineering, and digital domains
• Proven ability to source candidates through various channels and build talent pipelines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both German and English
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Proactive, resourceful approach with a passion for connecting talented people with great opportunities
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals across software development, engineering, data science, and digital solutions
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and referrals
• Collaborate with the Country Director to understand staffing needs and client requirements
• Conduct initial technical screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Develop employer branding initiatives to position Prime IT as an employer of choice in the German IT market
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on hiring progress, pipeline status, and market insights
• Stay informed about IT market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices in Germany

Your Mission

As an IT Recruiter at Prime IT Germany, you will play a crucial role in building our technical teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring skilled IT professionals. You'll work closely with our Business Manager teams to understand client requirements and ensure we have the right talent to meet market demands and support clients' goals. As part of our growing Frankfurt team, you'll help establish and run local recruitment operations while serving as the face of the company, with a clear path to grow into a department leadership role.

What You'll Do

What We Offer

• Base Salary: €42,000 - €48,000 gross/year. Additionally, this role does provide performance-based incentives.
