Job summary

Join Viessmann Holding International GmbH (a Carrier company) as a Project Lead Data & AI (m/f/d) in Allendorf (Eder), Germany. Bridging business requirements and technical execution, this role focuses on fast-tracking high-value Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI use cases across the organization. You will serve as an AI champion, leading cross-functional Agile teams, translating complex business needs into refined backlogs, driving AI enablement/adoption, and orchestrating solutions across modern data architectures like Databricks, Microsoft Copilot, and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, define, and execute high-impact AI "quick win" projects and front-runner turn-key AI initiatives.
• Drive organizational AI enablement, supporting internal communities (AI Agents, Citizen Data Scientists) and creating documentation to accelerate user adoption.
• Elicit, analyze, and translate business needs into actionable Epics, User Stories, and clear acceptance criteria for technical engineering teams.
• Partner with Product Owners and Data Science/Engineering teams to groom, refine, and prioritize the product backlog in Agile environments.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops with stakeholders across business, engineering, and data teams, ensuring successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Align AI and data solutions with core enterprise business processes across platforms such as SAP and Salesforce.
