MRL Consulting Group | Global Niche Technology Recruitment is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and develop the corporate IT environment, focusing on data centre and technology infrastructure in Frankfurt. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery to build a secure, scalable IT backbone that supports growth and digital transformation.

The successful candidate will drive IT strategy, oversee cloud platforms and endpoints, strengthen cybersecurity, and manage budgets

Qualifications

• Experience leading corporate IT strategy and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud, networking, identity and endpoints.
• Experience managing IT providers, budgets, licences and service delivery.
• Good understanding of information security, data protection and disaster recovery.
• Fluency in German and English required.
• Experience in data centres, infrastructure, construction, energy or real estate.

We’re seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and develop the corporate IT environment for a growing, technology-driven organisation in the data centre sector.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, responsible for building a secure, scalable and future-ready IT infrastructure while supporting business growth and digital transformation.
