DHL Group in Bonn is seeking an IT Domain Architect Shape+ to shape the future of financial systems within the SHAPE+ transformation program. You will map business capabilities to system components across SAP Rise & Grow, third-party and legacy platforms, ensuring end-to-end visibility and architectural alignment.

You'll lead architecture discussions, drive the Finance Platform Strategy, enable SaaS operating models, and collaborate with stakeholders and external SaaS vendors.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in large-scale finance or ERP transformation programs.
• Ability to map business capabilities to system components with traceability.
• Deep SAP ecosystem knowledge, integrations, and legacy systems.

Your tasks as IT Domain Architect Shape+

• Architecting the functional landscape by mapping business capabilities to system components across SAP RISE & GROW, 3rd party, and legacy platforms
• Ensuring end-to-end visibility of business capabilities and their execution across system components (Integrated Toolchain)
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to optimize finance value streams and design tailored IT solutions based on the SAP “Clean Core” architecture
• Defining and executing the Finance Platform Strategy, introducing innovative technologies while phasing out legacy systems
• Supporting the transition to new SaaS operating models, including integration, data ownership, and service management
• Leading architectural discussions with internal teams and external SaaS suppliers, ensuring architectural consistency, scalability, and compliance
• Creating and maintaining architecture documentation in line with IT GF Enterprise Architecture and SAP best practices
• Identifying architectural risks and opportunities, and driving resolution in alignment with program goals

Your profile

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in large-scale finance or ERP transformation programs
• Ability to see the big picture, mapping business capabilities to system components and ensuring architectural traceability
• Deep understanding of SAP ecosystems, third-party integrations, and legacy systems, with a strong grasp of functional architecture principles
• Experience designing solutions for both SAP/4 HANA Private and Public Cloud environments
• Proven experience in SaaS transformation projects, including working with SaaS vendors and adapting to new operating models
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience in engaging with external suppliers and cross-functional teams
• A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset and proven project management capabilities in leading SAP implementation projects
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
