Qualifikationen

• Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in SAP-Architektur und großen SAP-Landschaften in internationalen Organisationen
• Erfahrung mit Migrationen zu SAP S/4HANA (R/3/ECC)
• Starke Kenntnisse in FI/GL, AA; CO; SD
• Erfahrung mit SAP-Integrationen (CPI, PI/PO, APIs) und hybriden Architekturen

Aufgaben

• Entwerfen und Architekturen skalierbarer SAP-Lösungen für internationale Geschäftsprozesse
• Führung der architektonischen Richtung einer S/4HANA-Transformation mit Fokus auf FI/CO/SD
• Sicherstellen der nahtlosen Integration von SAP-Systemen, Cloud-Anwendungen und Enterprise-Plattformen
• Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen (Finanzen, Controlling, Vertrieb, Buchhaltung) zur Übersetzung von Anforderungen in nachhaltige Technologielösungen
• Festlegen von Architekturstandards, Governance-Frameworks und Best Practices für Entwicklung, Deployment und Betrieb
• Engere Zusammenarbeit mit Software-Engineering-, Produkt- und SAP-Delivery-Teams zur Förderung von Innovation und operativer Exzellenz

• Design and architect scalable SAP solutions supporting complex international business operations and high transaction volumes
• Lead the architectural direction of an ongoing SAP S/4HANA transformation program with a focus on Finance, Controlling, and Sales & Distribution (SD)
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP systems, cloud-native applications, and enterprise platforms
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Finance, Accounting, Tax, Controlling, and Commercial functions to translate business requirements into sustainable technology solutions
• Define architectural standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for SAP development, deployment, and operations
• Work closely with software engineering, product, and SAP delivery teams to drive innovation and operational excellence
• Ensure enterprise systems remain reliable, secure, performant, and aligned with business growth objectives
• Several years of experience in SAP architecture, enterprise solutions design, and large-scale SAP environments
• Proven track record in designing and implementing complex SAP landscapes within international organizations
• Hands‑on experience supporting SAP transformation programs, including migrations from SAP ERP/ECC (R/3) to SAP S/4HANA.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and business processes.
• Strong expertise in: -Finance (FI), particularly General Ledger and Asset Accounting; Controlling (CO); Sales & Distribution (SD)
• Solid experience with SAP integration technologies such as CPI, PI/PO, APIs, and hybrid integration scenarios
• Exposure to cloud environments and modern application architectures
• Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, integration patterns, and real-time processing concepts.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms, reporting solutions, and data warehousing environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to bridge technical architecture and business requirements
