In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Definition und Durchführung von Change-Aktivitäten im Rahmen des SHAPE+ Programms, das auf die Transformation der Finanzprozesse abzielt.

Join our team in Bonn as Change Manager, starting as soon as possible (fixed‑term position for 1 year).

The Finance Systems Transformation Team is responsible for running the SHAPE+ program – a DHL Group‑wide cross‑divisional Finance transformation program. SHAPE+ aims at driving standardization and automation of core Accounting and Cost Accounting processes across Business Units and its consolidation into ONE SAP S/4HANA Finance ERP platform. This will significantly increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our Finance set‑up and is the necessary basis for the continuous transformation and digitalization of the DHL Group’s Finance organization globally.

Change Manager Role

As Change Manager within the Change, Communication and Training (CCT) Academy, you as discipline owner for Change Management will be responsible for defining and executing change activities to enable change in close collaboration with Senior Management to make the transformation as smooth as possible. In addition, you will support the CCT Academy Team in realizing communications and training activities.

As an agile working team, the CCT Academy ensures that the rollout teams are always up to speed and end users are well prepared for the SHAPE+ rollout of the new processes and platform. We act as one CCT Academy team acknowledging the close connection of Change, Communication and Training activities. We all have our clear focus areas according to our expertise but realize our CCT vision jointly supporting each other in all CCT areas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure professional and efficient change management during the SHAPE+ deployment, for larger releases, enabling a successful system/release implementation and user adoption.
• Own and maintain the approach for all activities related to Change Management and application enablement and governance.
• Proactively identify change needs, define actions, execute, track and report on all change measures.
• Accountable for overall change execution and implementation assurance.
• Develop change agility and resilience amongst the SHAPE+ community.
• Steer divisional teams throughout the different program phases and ensure that the divisional teams realize the agreed change management activities also on an entity level.
• Collaborate with our divisional rollout teams to ensure alignment of change, communications and training needs across all entities involved.
• Support the divisions in successfully leading change, e.g. with Leading Change Workshop and train‑the‑trainer module.
• Support the successful end‑user adoption of new processes and tools e.g. by the use of Digital Adoption Tools, application of UX principles and End‑User‑Surveys.

Your profile

• Passionate Change Manager with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Experienced in enabling employees to adapt to change and implement it successfully.
• Open‑minded with a can‑do attitude and persistence, comfortable in a fast‑moving, fluid, international environment.
• Execution mindset and strong desire to consistently generate tangible outputs and value.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, moderate difficult discussions, and deliver presentations effectively, addressing diverse seniority levels.
• Min. 3 years of experience with Digital Adoption Tool knowledge, e.g. WalkMe, Oracle Guided Learning, SAP companion.
• Proficient English and German skills are a must have (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational skills and thorough experience in project management.
• Min. 4 years work experience in the area of Change Management or similar disciplines.
• Experience within the DHL Group, Finance or SAP FI/CO process knowledge is a plus.
