Zusammenfassung

PlentyONE GmbH in Kassel is seeking a part-time IT Administrator (m/f/d) to strengthen our in-house IT team. The role entails supporting clients and servers, hardware maintenance, and managing MacOS/iOS environments with various backend systems.

Immediate start, up to 20 hours per week, with hybrid work at our Kassel office. Ideal candidates have formal IT training, strong English and German skills, and experience with LAN/WAN/TCP/IP/VPN.

Qualifikationen

• Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in the administration of common network technologies (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, virtualization).
• Working with MacOS & iOS.
• Independent and structured way of working and high quality awareness.
• Strong communication skills, helpfulness, and enjoyment of working in a team.
• Very good German & English skills.

Aufgaben

• Supporting clients and servers as well as installing, replacing, and maintaining hardware.
• Installing, configuring, and managing client systems in MacOS or iOS environments and various backend systems.
• Installing and administering the network infrastructure.
• Performing error analyses and troubleshooting.
• Diagnosing and resolving IT problems and supporting users with technical queries.
