Die Sattler Media Group sucht einen engagierten IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) für die Verwaltung ihrer gesamten IT-Infrastruktur in Bad Oeynhausen. In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für den 1st & 2nd Level Support, die Verwaltung von Windows und Linux Servern sowie die Optimierung von Netzwerkdiensten. Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als IT-Spezialist in Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Solides Wissen über die Microsoft-Serverlandschaft.
• Erfahrung mit Linux-Systemen.

Aufgaben

• Administration und Optimierung der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur.
• Sicherstellung stabiler Betriebsprozesse in 1st & 2nd Level Support.
• Verwaltung von Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) und Active Directory.

To ensure that our growth is also optimally supported on the IT side, we are looking for a committed IT system administrator (m/f/d) who is keen to take on responsibility and actively help shape a versatile system landscape.

These are your tasks.

• Administration, maintenance and optimization of our entire IT infrastructure
• Ensuring stable operational processes in 1st & 2nd level support
• Support for Windows and Linux servers and Windows clients
• Administration of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory
• Configuration of DNS, DHCP and network services
• Management and scaling of virtual environments (VMware, Hyper‑V, Proxmox)
• Asset and lifecycle management for software and hardware
• Cooperation with the experts of our ERP system Printplus

What you bring with you

• Training as an IT specialist in system integration, computer science studies or comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of the Microsoft server world (Windows Server, Windows Client, AD, Entra ID)
• Experience with Linux systems
• Good network knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V, Proxmox)
• Practice in IT security (firewall, backup, endpoint protection)
• Ideally knowledge of PowerShell or scripting
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working and high service orientation
• Very good German and good English skills
