Qualifications

• 8–15 years of investment banking or M&A advisory experience.
• Current Director, SVP or high-performing VP on path to Director.
• Strong transaction execution experience across mid-market and large-cap M&A.
• Experience in sell-side, buy-side, mergers, carve-outs, and strategic advisory assignments.
• Exposure to Industrials and/or Infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities

Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Director-level M&A professional with a strong track record advising on complex transactions in the German market. The ideal candidate will have significant experience originating and executing strategic M&A mandates, with particular exposure to Industrials and Infrastructure clients, whilst demonstrating the ability to operate effectively across a broader range of sectors.

This opportunity is well suited to individuals currently at Director level within an elite boutique, leading investment bank, or top-tier independent advisory firm who are looking to play a meaningful role in franchise development and client origination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions from origination through completion.
