• Strong technical expertise in financial modelling, valuation and financial statement analysis.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing and developing junior colleagues.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.

We are recruiting a Director – M&A on behalf of our client in Frankfurt. The role offers an opportunity for an experienced M&A professional to lead transactions, develop client relationships and play an active role in origination and the firm’s continued growth.

Our client is a Frankfurt-based M&A and corporate finance advisory boutique focused on mid-market transactions. Its sector coverage includes Business Services, Industrials, Software & Technology, Consumer and Life Sciences, with experience across domestic and cross-border deals. The team’s transaction track record includes an average deal value of approximately €65 million.

Key Responsibilities
