Job summary

Everet Marsh in Frankfurt is seeking an Analyst to join a leading independent TMT-focused M&A and Corporate Finance boutique. This is an early-career role for someone with a strong foundation in M&A and a passion for transaction execution.

You will gain exposure to the full M&A process with senior bankers in a lean, expert team. The ideal candidate has strong internships in M&A, or initial full-time experience as an M&A Analyst, plus solid modelling and valuation skills, and fluency in German

Qualifications

• Strong internships in M&A / Investment Banking
• Exposure to TMT, Telecom, Technology or Digital Infrastructure is highly advantageous
• Alternatively, first full-time experience as an M&A Analyst
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills
• Fully professional German and strong English
• Genuine interest in TMT and transaction execution
