Job summary

DOUGLAS Group sucht eine/n Studierende/n, der/die das Transformations Office in internationalen Unternehmen begleitet. Sie unterstützen Recherche, Benchmarking und konzeptionelle Vorarbeiten zur Aufbau- und Arbeitsweise des Transformationsbüros.

Sie arbeiten strukturiert, fassen Informationen knapp zusammen und erstellen verständliche Analysen. Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse ermöglichen die Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld.

Qualifications

• Sie sind als Studierende/r eingeschrieben, idealerweise in Betriebswirtschaft, Organisationsstudien oder vergleichbarem Bereich.
• Sie interessieren sich für Transformation, Strategie, Governance, Organisationsdesign oder weitere Entwicklung von Unternehmensstrukturen.
• Sie arbeiten strukturiert, fassen Informationen klar zusammen und bereiten Ergebnisse verständlich auf.
• Sie arbeiten sorgfältig und machen sich neue Themen eigenständig vertraut.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung bei Recherche und Benchmarking zu Transformationsbüros in internationalen Unternehmen.
• Analyse von Best Practices, Mustern und Prinzipien im Bereich Transformation & Governance.
• Beitrag zur konzeptionellen Vorbereitung und Weiterentwicklung von Themen rund ums Transformations Office.
• Unterstützung bei der Zuordnung von Rollen, Verantwortlichkeiten und Profilen im Transformationsumfeld.
• Mitwirkung beim Aufbau einer klaren, skalierbaren Back-Office-Struktur (Dokumente, Ablagesysteme, Wissensinhalte).
• Aufbereitung von Informationen, Analysen und Einblicken in strukturierter, verständlicher Form.
• Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Guidelines, Denkrahmen und Onboarding-Materialien.

TASKS WITH IMPACT

• You support research and benchmarking on the setup, role and ways of working of Transformation Offices in international companies
• You analyze best practices, patterns and recurring principles in the context of transformation, governance and organizational design
• You contribute to conceptual preparation and further development of topics related to the setup, scope and ways of working of the Transformation Office
• You support the mapping of relevant roles, responsibilities and profiles in the transformation environment
• You help build a clear and scalable back-office structure, for example for documents, filing systems and knowledge content
• You prepare information, analyses and insights in structured and easy-to-understand working documents
• You support the development of guidelines, thinking frameworks and onboarding materials for future team members

YOUR SKILLS

• You are enrolled as a student, ideally in business administration, organizational studies or a comparable field
• You are interested in transformation, strategy, governance, organizational design or the further development of corporate structures
• You enjoy working in a structured way and can summarize and prepare information clearly
• You bring a careful working style and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics independently
• You feel comfortable working with digital tools and ideally have first experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
• You enjoy contributing conceptual ideas and documenting work results in a clear way
• Your German and English skills enable you to collaborate confidently in an international environment
