Die DOUGLAS Group sucht im Group Omnichannel & Project Management Team in Düsseldorf eine praktikumsorientierte Unterstützung. Du gestaltest von Tag eins an internationale Projekte mit, analysierst Daten und arbeitest eng mit IT, Logistik, E-Commerce, Vertrieb und Marketing zusammen.

Du studierst Betriebswirtschaftslehre o.ä. und bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Einzelhandel oder Omnichannel mit. Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.

Competenze

• Student/in der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Fokus auf Einzelhandel/Strategie/Management.
• Erste Erfahrungen im Einzelhandel, Omnichannel, Kundenerlebnis oder Projektmanagement bevorzugt.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen; Erfahrung in Reporting oder Datenanalyse wünschenswert.
• PowerPoint und Excel gehören zum Werkzeugkasten; Jira/Confluence von Vorteil.
• Strukturieren komplexer Themen selbstständig; eigene Ideen beitragen.
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2 in beiden Sprachen).

The Group Omnichannel & Project Management Team steers the delivery of international omnichannel strategies at Douglas and drives initiatives to success across countries and departments. At our headquarters in Düsseldorf, the team makes sure customers experience Douglas as one brand across every channel.

We are looking for you to join us for an internship in which you actively shape international projects from day one. Are you interested in omnichannel, customer experience and project management, and do you want to back decisions with data? A team that involves and supports you is waiting for you.

TASKS WITH IMPACT

• You gain insight into steering and implementing international omnichannel strategies and actively contribute to initiatives and projects.
• Supporting project managers, you take on Project Management Office tasks and help deliver international omnichannel projects successfully.
• Analysing data from diverse sources and preparing it for well-founded strategic decisions is part of your day-to-day work.
• Collaboration with teams across several countries, support with operational topics and active drive for optimisation round out your role.
• Benchmark analyses on innovations and best practices are yours to run, and you use the findings to develop existing concepts further.
• As the link between Information Technology, Logistics, E-Commerce, Sales and Marketing, you ensure smooth exchange between these areas.

YOUR SKILLS

• You are studying business administration, economics or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on retail, strategy or management.
• Ideally, you bring first experience in retail, omnichannel, customer experience or project management.
• Working confidently with figures, you bring first experience in reporting or data analysis, or you build it during onboarding.
• PowerPoint and Excel are part of your toolkit, and knowledge of Jira and Confluence is desirable.
• Structuring complex topics independently, you contribute your own ideas to project work.
• Strong written and spoken skills in German and English (at least level B2 in each) are part of your profile.
