Douglas Group Technology GmbH & Co. KG sucht eine erfahrene HR-IT-Projektmanagerin bzw. einen HR-IT-Projektmanager, der/die die Digitalisierung im HR-Bereich vorantreibt und SAP SuccessFactors von der Idee bis zum Go-Live begleitet.

Sie arbeiten eng mit globalen HR-Teams und externen Implementierungspartnern zusammen, gestalten Anforderungen, integrieren Lösungen in die bestehende Landschaft und übernehmen nach der Einarbeitung eine Deputy Team Lead-Rolle im globalen HR-IT-Team.

Qualifications

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement mit Schwerpunkt IT und HR.
• Fundierte SAP SuccessFactors Kenntnisse, besonders Employee Central.
• Starke Wertschöpfungsketten- und betriebswirtschaftliche Expertise.
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Responsibilities

• Begleitung der Digitalisierung von HR-Projekten von Idee bis Go-Live.
• Unterstützung der HR-Teams bei SAP SuccessFactors.
• Anforderungsanalyse, -entwurf und -umsetzung in Zusammenarbeit mit HR-Teams.
• Zusammenarbeit mit externen Implementierungspartnern.
• Integration von SAP SuccessFactors in bestehende Systemlandschaft.
• Verantwortung für effiziente Prozesse, Change- und Incident-Management.
• Analyse und Lösung komplexer Fälle im 3rd-Level-Support.
• Nach Einarbeitung Deputy Team Lead der globalen HR-IT.

Job description

Tasks with Impact

• Accompany the digitalization journey within the framework of global HR transformation projects – from the initial idea to go-live
• Support our global and local HR teams in the further development of SAP SuccessFactors
• Evaluate, design, and implement business-specific requirements in close collaboration with the HR teams
• Work closely with our external implementation partners during project phases as well as in ongoing operations
• Support the integration of SAP SuccessFactors into the existing system landscape
• Actively contribute throughout the entire project cycle – from workshops to the implementation phase and post-go-live operations
• Take ownership for efficient processes, change and incident management, and ensure audit-compliant process flows
• Analysis and resolution of complex issues within the scope of 3rd-level support
• After successful onboarding: assumption of the deputy team lead role for our global HR IT team

Your Skills

• Several years of professional experience in project management with a strong focus on IT and HR
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central; additional modules are an advantage
• Strong understanding of the value chain combined with solid business and economic expertise
• Fluent German and English skills (both written and spoken) with excellent communication abilities
