Job summary

Henkel offers an internship in Düsseldorf where you will support the PMO Head in governance and execution frameworks within a CX-focused operating model. You will own high-impact initiatives aligned to strategic priorities and deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will develop and scale AI-enabled dashboards, tools, and standardized methodologies to improve transparency, efficiency, and decision quality, while tracking progress and reporting to C-Level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Student who has successfully passed first semesters in business related studies, e.g. economics, international business, supply chain and logistics or similar
• Clear written and verbal communication in German and English language
• First experiences / basic understanding of project management principles and processes, KPI-Management, data insights and customer experiencesolutions / frameworks
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Team player and pro-active mindset to create sustainable solutions

Responsibilities

• Prepare key meetings and workshops with cross-functional stakeholder groups
• Share lessons learned to improve future projects and processes
• Analyze CX-related trends within Supply Chain

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
