Henkel is offering an Internship in Global Sustainability for Consumer Goods Adhesives in Düsseldorf. The role focuses on supporting the sustainability strategy, conducting market research, and helping develop new concepts to meet stakeholder expectations.

You will participate in cross-functional projects and assist day-to-day business, with a hybrid work model and a competitive internship remuneration.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in business or sustainability studies.
• Experience from internships or study abroad is beneficial.
• Fluent in English; German or other languages are advantageous.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft 365.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and derive insights.
• Self-motivated, creative, team-player with independence.
• Available from January 2027 for six-month period.

• Support implementation of our sustainability strategy and roadmap
• Conduct market and competitor research related to the topic of sustainability
• Support new concept and capabilities development to meet stakeholder expectations related to sustainability challenges
• Contribute to the development of topic-specific communications - internally and externally
• Assist in cross-functional project coordination
• Active support of day-to-day business

• Student who has successfully passed first semesters of business or sustainability-related studies
• Practical or international experience, e.g. by former internships or semester abroad is beneficial
• Fluent English language skills, German and other languages are advantageous
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data modeling, pivot tables, summaries, VLOOKUPs and data validation and experience with other Microsoft 365 tools is highly desirable
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights
• Self-motivated, creative and open-minded personalit team-player with high level of independence
• Availability as of January 2027 for six months

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
