Job summary

Henkel in Düsseldorf seeks a motivated student intern to support the implementation of our sustainability strategy and roadmap. You will conduct market and competitor research and assist in developing new concepts to meet stakeholder expectations.

You will participate in creating sector communications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support day-to-day operations with strong Excel data skills.

Qualifications

• Student who has passed first semesters of business or sustainability studies.
• Practical or international experience (internships or study abroad) is a plus.
• Fluent English; German and other languages are advantageous.
• Advanced Excel skills: data modeling, pivots, VLOOKUPs and data validation.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and derive insights.

About this Position

What you´ll do

• Support new concept and capabilities development to meet stakeholder expectations related to sustainability challenges
• Contribute to the development of topic-specific communications - internally and externally
• Assist in cross-functional project coordination
• Active support of day-to-day business

What makes you a good fit

• Student who has successfully passed first semesters of business or sustainability-related studies
• Practical or international experience, e.g. by former internships or semester abroad is beneficial
• Fluent English language skills, German and other languages are advantageous
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data modeling, pivot tables, summaries, VLOOKUPs and data validation and experience with other Microsoft 365 tools is highly desirable
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights
• Self-motivated, creative and open-minded personalit team-player with high level of independence
• Availability as of January 2027 for six months

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
