Job summary

Henkel is looking for a university intern to bridge business operations, data, and digital solutions in Düsseldorf. You will transform business questions into insights and tangible improvements in data and software.

You will work with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Operations to solve real business challenges, gaining hands-on experience in performance management, process optimization, and business enablement. The internship offers hybrid work and a monthly salary.

Qualifications

• Student completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Previous internship experience in business operations, consulting, analytics, sales operations, finance, or project management is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Student completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field

• Strong interest in business operations, project management, and digital transformation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with stakeholders from different functions and levels of the organization
• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, having a structured and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate business questions into actionable insights
• Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
• Curious and eager to understand how business processes, performance management, and reporting work in a global organization
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities and collaborating across teams
• Availability for a full-time internship at our headquarters in Düsseldorf, starting February 2027 for a duration of six months, ideally

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
