Lufthansa's Leadership & Talent Development team invites you to join an internship focused on designing and implementing management development programs, talent management processes, and trainee programs.

You will assist in supervising programs, help shape the design, promote programs internally and externally, and support workshops and day-to-day operations, including creating presentations.

Qualifikationen

• Must be in at least the third semester of studies during the internship.
• Enrolled for the entire internship period, or gap year between bachelor and master.
• Strong interest in HR and the airline industry.
• Excellent MS Office skills are expected.
• Very good English and German language skills.

Our Leadership & Talent Development team is passionate about developing sustainable and innovative programs to promote managers, talents and young professionals (trainee programs). Our aim is to identify talent (with and without a leadership role) and promote it in a targeted manner. Are you enthusiastic about these topics? Then you've come to the right place!

Tasks

During your internship, you will gain valuable insights into the design and implementation of management development programs, talent management processes and trainee programs.

This area has a wide range of tasks for you:

• Assistance in the supervision of various leadership talent & junior talent programs
• Help in shaping the design of leadership talent and junior talent programs
• Communication and internal and external promotion of our programs and processes
• Support and independent organization of workshops & events
• Support the team in day-to-day operations, such as the creation of presentations

• To complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your third semester of study at the time of the internship
• You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrolment and a written proof of compulsory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree (Gap Year)
• You enjoy innovative topics, conceptual work and helping to shape new projects
• Organizational talent, structured way of working and quick comprehension skills
• Confident appearance, social skills and team orientation
• Very good MS Office skills
• Very good knowledge of English and German
