Jobtailor is offering a hands-on internship across North Rhine-Westphalia and Berlin, where you will source properties, negotiate leases, and open fully operational testing centers.

You will coordinate stakeholders to convert leased spaces into tech-enabled sites, travel frequently, and support rapid expansion. A true generalist mindset, German fluency (C2), and a Class B license are required; 3–9 months starting Q2/Q3 2026 in NRW/Berlin.

• Manage the conversion of leased properties into modern, tech-enabled testing centers by coordinating stakeholders and ensuring on-time openings.
• Provide flexible support on short-term projects and handle operational challenges at both existing and new sites.
• Take on a mobile role — you will spend the majority of your internship on-site and traveling, driving expansion strategy.
• Improve processes by identifying site-specific issues and implementing technology-based solutions with headquarters.

• Manage the conversion of leased properties into modern, tech-enabled testing centers by coordinating relevant stakeholders and ensuring on‑time openings.
• Provide flexible support on short‑term projects and handle operational challenges at both existing and new sites.
• Take on a mobile role — you will spend the majority of your internship on‑site and traveling, acting as a key driver of our expansion strategy.
• Improve our processes by identifying site‑specific issues and implementing technology‑based solutions in collaboration with headquarters.

Requirements
