Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a proactive intern to scout and evaluate locations in North Rhine-Westphalia and Baden-Württemberg, negotiating lease terms and coordinating with brokers. The role requires on-site presence and travel across regions.

You will help convert properties into technology-enabled inspection centers, support short-term projects, and identify site-specific issues while staying adaptable and highly organized. Fluent German and a valid Class B license are required.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated — Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
• Fluent German (C2) and a valid Class B driver’s license are required.
• Experience in fast-paced environments is a plus.

Requirements
