Job summary

Marvel Fusion in Munich invites you to join our AI Venture Development internship, bridging researchers and tools to accelerate adoption of practical AI across the company.

You will roll out an AI adoption program, work with leadership, run sessions, track metrics, and identify where AI can boost efficiency. The role suits a Master’s student with an economics, software engineering, or business-facing tech background and strong English.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program at a top university.
• Background in economics, software engineering or a business-facing technical discipline.
• Proven hands-on experience bringing AI applications into a company or organization.
• You have used LLMs, built automations and know what actually works in practice.
• Hardcore AI user yourself, you use it daily.
• Do or build mentality, you move fast and get things done.
• Business savvy enough to understand priorities and translate them into action.
• C1 Level of English.

Responsibilities

• Roll out a company-wide AI adoption program, starting with LLM chats and practical automation tools
• Work directly with leadership to prioritize and scale what works
• Run regular sessions, workshops and 1:1s to build AI literacy and confidence across the company
• Track and report adoption metrics so impact is visible and provable
• Identify how every team currently works and ideate/implement where AI can remove friction, save time and increase output
