Job summary

Marvel Fusion Inc. in Munich seeks an Internship - AI Venture Development to bridge employees and AI tools. You will deploy an organization-wide AI adoption program, starting with LLM chats and practical automation solutions.

Work with leadership to prioritize and scale what works, run workshops and 1:1 sessions to raise AI literacy, and track adoption metrics to prove impact across all teams. This internship offers exposure to cutting-edge AI projects in a fast-growing fusion energy company.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program at a top university.
• Hands-on experience bringing AI applications into a company or organization.
• Experience using LLMs and building automations; know what works in practice.
• Must be a daily AI user with hands-on experience, not just theory.
• Strong English skills (C1).
• Ability to move fast and deliver results with a do-or-build mindset.

Responsibilities

• Roll out a company-wide AI adoption program, starting with LLM chats and practical automation tools.
• Work directly with leadership to prioritize and scale what works.
• Run sessions, workshops and 1:1s to build AI literacy and confidence across the company.
• Track and report adoption metrics to demonstrate impact.
• Identify how each team works and design AI interventions to remove friction and increase output.

Your responsibilities

• Roll out a company-wide AI adoption program, starting with LLM chats and practical automation tools
• Work directly with leadership to prioritize and scale what works
• Run regular sessions, workshops and 1:1s to build AI literacy and confidence across the company
• Track and report adoption metrics so impact is visible and provable
• Identify how every team currently works and ideate/implement where AI can remove friction, save time and increase output

What you bring

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program at a top university
• Background in economics, software engineering or a business-facing technical discipline
• Proven hands-on experience bringing AI applications into a company or organization, not just building demos
• You have used LLM´s, built automations and know what actually works in practice
• Hardcore AI user yourself, you do not talk about AI, you use it daily
• Do or build mentality, you move fast and get things done
• Business savvy enough to understand priorities and translate them into action
• C1 Level of English
