Marvel Fusion in Munich is seeking a Legal Team member to support compliance, contract drafting and regulatory work within a fast‑growing deep‑tech environment.

You will review commercial agreements, conduct legal research and help implement our compliance framework while collaborating with scientists and engineers across international teams.

Requirements include the First German State Examination in Law, fluency in German and English, and a pragmatic, commercially minded approach.

Your responsibilities

• As part of our Legal Team, you will gain hands‑on exposure to the legal challenges of a fast‑growing deep‑tech company. Your responsibilities will span a broad range of topics, with a particular focus on:
• Supporting the implementation and day‑to‑day operation of our compliance framework
• Administration of our employee participation program
• Reviewing and drafting commercial agreements and other legal documentation
• Conducting legal research and translating complex legal requirements into pragmatic recommendations for the business
• Helping us improve legal processes, templates and workflows, including through the use of technology and automation

Requirements

• You have successfully completed the First German State Examination in Law (Erstes Staatsexamen) and are either preparing for or currently completing your legal traineeship (Referendariat)
• Broad interest in business law and an eagerness to work across different legal and regulatory areas
• A pragmatic and commercial mindset, strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability and curiosity to quickly understand complex legal, technical and regulatory topics
• Strong written and spoken German and English
• Genuine interest in technology, start‑ups and working in a fast‑paced and international environment

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools and an interest in using AI for legal research, drafting, knowledge management or process automation is a plus
