With a focus on pre‑seed and seed investments in cybersecurity, AI infrastructure and enterprise software, we operate at the intersection of capital and cutting‑edge technology. Our internal engineering task force plays a key role in this.

We're looking for a hands on software engineer to own and scale our internal technology platform from data infrastructure to AI agents as we transform venture capital through data. We've already built the foundation: a proprietary system we use to source and evaluate startups. Now we need someone to take it to the next level.

You'll be based at our office in Munich, working full-time in a hybrid setup as part of our engineering task force. You'll own the agentic systems that shape how we find and back Europe's best founders.
