What we require:

• You are studying Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Management & Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field with outstanding academic performance.
• You have initial experience in digital strategy, transaction advisory, or IT.
• You bring knowledge of at least one programming language (a clear plus).
• You possess strong analytical skills and a pronounced problem-solving capability.
• You demonstrate a strong interest in technology, technical trends, and business strategy.
• You have very good Microsoft Office skills (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• You stand out through excellent communication and presentation skills.
• You are comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment while maintaining a highly structured way of working.
• You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
