Jobtailor seeks a motivated student to assist senior program managers in planning and executing projects within the pharmaceutical market. You will collect and analyze operational data to support project success, participate in meetings, and collaborate across teams to drive process improvements.

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business management/administration, sciences, or related field
• Must be returning to school Fall 2027

• Strong problem-solving understanding
• Knowledge of data analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to organize information and manage time in on-site and remote environments
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Strong interest in project management
• Experience with process improvement techniques preferred
• Experience with web publishing via SharePoint preferred
• Experience with collaboration tools like MS Teams preferred

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business management/administration, the sciences, or a related field
• Must be returning to school in Fall 2027
• Available to work full-time for 10–12 weeks beginning in June 2027
• Basic understanding of problem-solving techniques
• Understanding of data analysis
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good understanding of basic AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
